When you make a purchase directly from me, from my online shop, sign up to my newsletter or book a course with me, I may need to collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. No sensitive information from customers/service users are collected. All payments through my online shop are completed using either PayPal or Stripe and therefore all payment data is stored by PayPal and Stripe. My newsletter is created and managed using Mailchimp.
